Steel coil inspection
Coil surface finish, coating and dimensions are checked before production begins.
Roll forming
Steel facings are formed to the confirmed panel profile and width.
Core preparation
Core or foaming material is prepared according to the selected panel type.
Continuous lamination / panel forming
Steel facings and core are bonded together in a continuous in-line process.
Curing and cutting
Panels are cured to set the bond, then cut to the confirmed order length.
Dimension inspection
Panel thickness, width and length are checked against the confirmed specification.
Surface inspection
Panel surface is checked for finish consistency and visible defects before packing.
Packing and loading
Finished panels are bundled with protective packing and prepared for container loading.
