Why PIR Wall Panels from LIAOHE
PIR (polyisocyanurate) is an advanced rigid foam that improves on PU by forming a protective char layer when exposed to fire, which slows flame spread and reduces smoke. For cold storage facilities, pharmaceutical warehouses, and industrial buildings where fire codes are strict, PIR often satisfies requirements that PU alone cannot.
We run the same continuous lamination line for both PU and PIR. When you place an order, we adjust the chemical formulation and process parameters to produce PIR with the specified density and fire rating.
