LIAOHE is a China-based sandwich panel manufacturer with a 60,000+ m² production base in Liaocheng, Shandong Province. Since 2008, we have specialized in PU, PIR, Rock Wool and EPS insulated sandwich panels for building envelopes, cold rooms, clean rooms and prefabricated construction.
Production, quality control, packing and export coordination are managed through the manufacturing and project-delivery process. Our team supports product selection, specification review, export packing and loading communication from one factory-side contact.

Rock Wool Production
Controlled core cutting, steel facing preparation, adhesive bonding, pressing, curing and panel finishing for stable wall and roof panel quality.
EPS & Clean Room
EPS block cutting and bonding lines; clean room panels with hygienic surface profiles for food, pharma and electronics applications.
Defined QC Procedures
Production batches and finished panels are inspected according to the applicable production procedure, order specification and defined inspection plan.
Export-Ready Packaging
Export-oriented packing with edge protection and container-loading plans prepared according to the confirmed order and transport requirements.

Custom configurations are subject to technical review, approved production configuration and project specification.
