LIAOHE supplied PU-edge-sealed rock wool roof panels for an industrial factory building in Indonesia in 2025. The project required panels with confirmed fire-retardant rock wool cores, polyurethane edge sealing to protect against moisture ingress, and PVDF coating for long-term corrosion resistance in a tropical environment. Panels were manufactured, quality-checked, and shipped to Semarang port in 13 × 40HQ containers.

All panels were packed on Styrofoam pallets with export-grade protection to prevent surface scratching and moisture exposure during ocean freight to Semarang.

The shipment required 13 × 40HQ containers. Panels were loaded flat with interleaved protective materials to prevent steel facing damage during transit. Loading was coordinated by the LIAOHE export team.
