QC Overview

Quality control is organized around material confirmation, production inspection, finished panel review and packing checks. Factory quality-control procedures and third-party product testing serve different purposes. Certificate and test-report applicability must be confirmed according to the selected panel model, product configuration and document scope. Technical, test and certification documents are available according to the selected panel model, order specification and project requirements.

Production Inspection

Check Item	Panel thickness, width, length, surface appearance, bonding condition, joint/profile consistency and core density according to product type.
Confirmed Density References	EPS: 8–25 kg/m³ PU: 35–45 kg/m³ PIR: 40–48 kg/m³ Rock Wool: 80–200 kg/m³
